How to request a refund
Send me an email at support@writerssecrettoolkit.com within 30 days of your purchase date. You don’t need to explain yourself, but if something didn’t work for you I’m always glad to hear about the issue. If I know about the problem it’ll be easier to fix.
Please include the word “refund” in your subject line and the email address you used to buy the product. That’s all I need.
What happens next
I’ll process your refund promptly — usually within a few business days. The money will be returned via the same method you used to pay.
Do you need to return anything?
No. These are digital products, so you’re welcome to keep whatever you’ve downloaded.
After 30 days
Refund requests made after the 30-day window has closed are at my discretion. I’ll always try to be reasonable, so if something’s gone wrong on my end, please get in touch and we’ll talk.
